CS Media

  • Average Paint Spray Removal Efficiency 99.48% & 1˝ two-ply media is well-suited to a variety of production environments. CS Media is widely used throughout the general metal finishing industry, for wood finishing operations, by tier 1/2 automotive suppliers and by cost-conscious auto repair shops with high performance standards.

  • Pads and Blankets cut to size while CS Media features graduated denier fiber construction, a high-efficiency back layer, and a face design engineered to depth-load both liquid and solid overspray, for highest holding capacity.

  • CS Bags are manufactured with two and three pockets. CS Bags are available in 13 standard sizes and four depths. CS multi-pocket bags are also supplied in custom configurations to fit specific booth requirements.

Ultra II

  • Ultra II pocket filters are made with graduated denier polyester fibers. The upstream layer consists of larger fibers with a more open structure followed by a denser layer of finer fibers for greater depth loading, excellent dust holding capacity and longer life (fewer changeouts). The downstream layer is a needled media forming a final barrier to catch dirt particles.

  • Average Paint Spray Removal Efficiency 99.70% , Pads and Blankets cut to size. Additionally the media is sewn around an internal wire support frame that forms a built in gasket. The filters are automatically sealed when installed to prevent leakage. No bypass.

  • The high loft polyester media holds its extended shape at all times, even with no air flow. No sagging or drooping. Tapered pocket shape prevents adjacent pockets from touching. Media is fully utilized, no blocking off.

    Ultra Media is available in thirteen standard roll widths, pads, panels and multi-pocket bags. As a value added service, ATI will perforate blankets to booth size at no additional charge.

  • Standard panel sizes are available in the following face dimensions: 12X24,16X20, 16X25 Ultra panels are also available in link panel form and made to order sizes.

NESHAP ATI OSM 100

  • The ATI OSM-100 System is the original NESHAP filter system tested under the 319 method for existing paint booths.

  • The OSM-100 is a two-stage system consisting of a pre-filter pad followed by a two pocket bag filter. It is a self-sealing and self-supporting system that allows upgrading your existing paint booth overspray collection system without any structural modifications. The OSM-100 system is especially effective on high solids paints.

  • First Stage – The Ultra™ pre-filter pad (purple and white) is a two ply media with a more open fiber structure on the air entering side and a finer fiber structure on the air leaving side to enhance depth loading of paint overspray and prevent face loading on the filter. Depth loading substantially increases paint holding capacity.

  • Second Stage – The OSM-100 two pocket bag filter (yellow and white) is a four ply product consisting of a two layer media with graduated density fiber construction on the air entering side and a needled fiber media on the air leaving side with a latex foam backing for excellent particle retention on smaller particles. The OSM-100 bag can exceed NESHAP requirements for efficiency even without the pre-filter.
